Completed preparation of EDC/NCE package for biologics and small molecules. Established adaptive screening methods based on complete understanding of the PK driving parameters for Compound Optimization. Conducted Interspecies scaling of in vitro/in vivo Pharmacokinetic/Toxicokinetic parameters to establish the therapeutic window of a drug and suggesting suitable dose range for ‘First in Human’ clinical pharmacology studies.
